Associate Consultant

Allison has more than fifteen years experience in Human Resource Management at both corporate and operational levels. With a warm and supportive personality Allison leads people through managing change, redeployment and redundancy.

Prior to joining CDL in 2005 Allison was involved in establishing a Human Resource function in a large organisation as well as managing significant change management projects involving organisational re-design and restructure.

Allison has significant experience working alongside managers in handling consultation and redundancy and also has an extensive professional background in recruitment, training, facilitation, performance management and coaching.

Allison has a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Employee Relations from Auckland University, a Bachelor of Education Degree, Teachers College Diploma and is a Certified Life Coach. She is also qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Personality Profile which she uses in coaching and development interventions and team building activities.
