Dave has spent many years assisting employees at all levels from both private and public sector organisations in their professional development. His practical, engaging and professional approach does make a difference.

Initially Dave qualified as an engineer prior to choosing teaching as his profession more than twenty years ago. During his time in the Education Sector, Dave gained two Educational Diplomas as well as additional qualifications in Human Development from Massey University. Dave also has practising certificates in Psychometric Testing and Application.

In his role with CDL, Dave provides individual and group focused career development and transition services for those people looking for a change in direction or requiring job search assistance.

Dave is an active member of the Southland Chamber of Commerce and also has Professional Membership of CATE (Career and Transition Education) and the Career Development Association of New Zealand.
