David joined CDL in 2005 following more than twenty years working at senior level in the Human Resource and Organisational Development industry. Enthusiastic, client focused and inclusive, David is passionate about going ‘the extra mile’ for CDL clients.

As Consulting Manager for Auckland, Central and Upper North Island and as an integral part of the CDL Management Team,  David takes shared responsibility  for the strategic and operational management of the business.  He leads a passionate team of consultants, coaches and office support staff and enjoys the opportunity to professionally develop and grow people.

With colleagues and clients, David has a relaxing and engaging style which many clients refer to as ‘a breath of fresh air’ within the consulting industry.

David thrives on the opportunity to ‘make a difference’ when providing consulting expertise to business and people. He takes a keen interest in making sure that client needs are understood and well managed.

David is a Professional Member of the New Zealand Association of Psychological Type and the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand.
