Glenys is a qualified and experienced coach and a motivational speaker. Energetic, enthusiastic and insightful, Glenys works with both business and people who require transition and career management advice.

In 2003 Glenys received the ‘Walk the Talk’ Award from the New Zealand Equal Opportunities Trust. In her work with CDL Insight Consulting Glenys brings a diverse professional background. She has significant experience in secondary and tertiary education as well as having worked at senior management level. Glenys also has small business management experience.

Glenys promotes the philosophy that career is a whole life concept that incorporates work, leisure, community, family and self and she is passionate about assisting people to achieve work life balance.

Glenys has a Masters Degree in Career Development, specializing in transition. She also has a Graduate Diploma in Career Development, a Graduate Diploma in Athlete and Career Education and a Trained Teachers Certificate.

Glenys is a Member of the Career Development Association of New Zealand and has also held the position of Vice President of the Association.
