Jonathan (JR, Johnny, Johnno) joined the CDL team in 2001 following his own career transition, bringing more than 20 years experience in Business Development, Business Consulting  and Account Management.

Jonathan is responsible for driving the strategic and operational needs of the business in Wellington and the Lower North Island. As part of the CDL Management Team he works closely with colleagues in Auckland and Christchurch and has a passion for developing superior client relationships. He consistently ensures excellence when providing  Human Resource and Organisational Development solutions. Jonathan has extensive business, account and relationship management skills together with advanced training and coaching experience.

Jonathan is driven to achieve ‘best practice’ by developing customized solutions for CDL clients. He leads from the front and is responsible for ensuring excellence in service delivery.

Jonathan works closely with both private and public sector organizations and tailors organisational development solutions to meet specific needs. He has a proud reputation across public sector New Zealand.

Jonathan has a Diploma in Sales and Marketing, is a Professional Member of the Association of Psychological Type and a Member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand.
