Associate Consultant

Lilian has over 28 years experience as a Human Resource specialist working a broad range of HR generalist positions, including senior management in both the private and public sector. Calm thinking,  logical and energetic, Lilian supports and advises both business and people that are experiencing change. She has also been heavily involved in implementing major change initiatives across numerous organisations.

Lilian has been a part of the CDL Team since 2001. She brings to the business a broad range of skills and experience in the delivery of organisational development and outplacement initiatives. Lilian has strong negotiation and facilitation skills and focuses on empowering business and people through change.

Consulting at both a strategic and operational levels within organisations, Lilian also makes sure that Line Managers are well versed in the process of consultation and redundancy and that they understand and implement positive and effective change processes.

Lilian is a member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Victoria University.
