In his role with CDL Insight Consulting, Russell works with people as they manage professional change to ensure that they reach their full potential in an organisation and at a level that is both satisfying and rewarding.
Russell has a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration focussing on change management. He also has a Master of Arts degree focusing on E Learning. Russell is also Past President and a Current Member of the Career Development Association of New Zealand.
